The Challenges
】
The current state of work is disorganized and inefficient. When dealing with live events response time is crucial.
1.
Using multiple unrelated systems interrupts workflow continuity
2.
The available software and systems are not suited to the required tasks
resulting in time-consuming, clumsy execution with many unnecessary extra steps
3.
Tasks are handled at a low level due to inaccurate information, often requiring rework
4.
Users often encounter system crashes that disrupt their work and leave them frustrated

The Solution
】
Creating a unified system for managing the event log and reviewing event details
I decided to focus on the Coordinator's side, as this role manages the event log and has full access to the system.
